Reconditioning

To keep track of the reconditioning you have put into your inventory, you can view your vehicles’ Added Costs screen. This screen will allow you to create itemized invoices for your repair work, and track your parts and labor cost. You can even charge these costs to your customer, for after-sale repairs, or choose to offer them to your customers free of cost.

Now you have the option to choose where to save your new spreadsheet on your computer, so tracking it down is much easier. You can also name the file before you save it. Easy VIN Decoding

If you know the VIN of your vehicle, we can supply the rest. Make, model, year, engine, body type, even available features can be coded into the VIN, so why bother looking them up? Frazer will automatically check to make sure that your VIN is a valid, 17-digit vehicle identification number (you can disable that check if you sell inventory of a more eclectic variety) and warn you if it’s already stocked into your inventory. Why? Because nobody likes data entry!

Split Your Inventory

Do you have multiple locations? Or a related finance company? Do you need to have different business names or addresses assigned to different sales? Frazer can be programmed to assign these different names via the vehicle’s Location Code. Even without a second lot, you can use location codes to separate and categorize your inventory and customers for any reason.
