All financial transactions in Frazer are automatically posted to a G/L account.
Chart of Accounts
The account numbers used are from the NIADA standard chart of accounts.

Financial reports including an Income Statement and a "Changes to Balance Sheet accounts" (R-4-1)
•
You can print a detailed General Ledger listing (R-4-2)
•
You can print a list of all transactions posted by a range of dates, for a single customer, or for a single vehicle (R-4-3).

You can manually post other transactions to your General Ledger that don't automatically get posted, such as rent or payroll totals. This can be found at menu item A-1.

You can use departments, so you can have separate income statements for different portions of your business. (One for the Used Car Dealership, one for a Related Finance Company, for example.)
•
You have the ability to export transactions in Quickbooks format.
