To tell the system that a customer has declared bankruptcy follow these steps:

1.	Click the Customer Activity button and

2.	Highlight your customer's name then click the Select button.

3.	Select button B – Customer Processing

4.	Select Button A – Customer Information and Costs

5.	Select the "Credit Reporting / Bankruptcy" tab

When you have noted that a customer is bankrupt then this information will appear on the main Customer Activity screen. You will also have the option of printing or not printing these customers on the Past Due collections report.

Information you enter on the "Credit Reporting / Bankruptcy" tab will also be reported to the credit bureau whenever you report to the bureau.
