General Information

By default, the customer look-up screen (select Customer Activity) displays only those customers with a balance.  The field in the upper right corner, next to Display will show "Customers with a Balance".  This only displays customers with a remaining balance, and so this will not, for example, show cash sales.  By clicking on the arrow next to this field, a pull-down menu will appear.  If you select All Customers you will be able to select from all of your customers, including cash sales, wholesales, and customers who have finished their payments. 

 

Similarly, by default, when you click on Enter Vehicles and try to find an existing vehicle, only vehicles you currently have in inventory will be displayed. To see sold vehicles or all of your vehicles, change the pull-down menu in the upper right in the Vehicles to Display field.

 

To Change Vehicle or Customer Display:

•If you want to change your defaults for vehicle or customer display options, go to Miscellaneous, then 1 - System Options. 
•If you want to change your Customer Look-Up to display all customers by default, go to tab  7 - Other, and change the default "Customers to Display" on the Customer Look-Up window to "All Customers" (or if you need to change it back to display only customers with a balance, you may do that here). 
•To change your default vehicles to display, go to tab 5 - Vehicle Options, and select whatever you prefer next to Default "Vehicles to Display" on the Vehicle Look-Up window.
