Adding Forms To The Frazer System

General Information

Frazer Computing will add any form you need to the system for you.  First call Frazer at 888-963-5369 to determine if the form has already been programmed for somebody else.  If it has we will send you an update the same day which will include programming for the form that you need.

If Frazer has not already programmed your form then you will need to send us two copies of any form that you want added to your system.  Try not to fold the forms too many times (use as large of an envelope as you can find).  Frazer will program the form and you should receive an update back less than a week after you send your forms in.  Your forms will automatically be loaded into the system when you load your update CD.
