Below are instructions for mapping the network drive, or in simpler words, getting your workstations to read FRAZER from your main server. This step will need to be performed at each of your workstations. What is a workstation?
1.
RIGHT click on My Computer ( if it is not on your Desktop, you may need to LEFT click on START to find it on the START MENU )
2.
LEFT click on Map Network Drive.
3.
LEFT click on the pull-down arrow to the right of the drive letter that appears and pick letter F:, if available. Otherwise, pick letter S:

LEFT click on BROWSE to the right of the Folder field and LEFT click on the appropriate WORK GROUP name. What is a workgroup?
5.
LEFT click on the plus symbol next to the name of your server.
6.
LEFT click on the FRAZER30 folder. Click OK.
7.
Make sure that the “reconnect at logon” is checked on the main Map Network Drive screen.
8.
LEFT click on FINISH.
9.
Close all windows that are open by clicking on the X in the top right hand corner of the window.
