Matching Outside Lien Holders' Numbers

Occasionally, you may do business with a lender that requires that your financing numbers match theirs exactly.  In this case, you would need to change the payment amount that Frazer calculates to match the bank's.  This requires that you do the following:

 

1.Click on Miscellaneous, 1- System Options, Sales Options 2.

        - Check the box located about halfway down the right side of the screen

2.When entering the sale, you must have everything entered, and your financing calculated.

        - Before clicking on Complete As Sale or Save as Prospect, change the payment amount to match the lender.

 

The Frazer program will still make sure that you do not change the payment amount so much as to make the financing calculations outside the bounds of what is legal.  If you change the payment so that the resulting APR is 1/10 of a point or more off the disclosed APR, your change will not be allowed.
