General Information

On the RD-108 there is a section on "Temporary Vehicle Registration Used to Transfer Plates".  This is set up to print if a Transfer Fee exists - it will pull the information from the Trade-In description.  If the Transfer is coming from a vehicle other than the Trade-in vehicle then you can add the Transferred vehicle's information into the Trade-In # 2 information fields.
