Missing Customer

If you are having difficulty finding a customer in the customer look-up screen, try changing the display (in the top right hand corner of the customer look-up window) from "Customers With a Balance" to "All Customers".  This will change your display from showing only those customers who still owe you money to displaying all customers, including those who have completed their payments. 

If you have not completed a sale with a customer, they may still be in the prospect file.  To retrieve a customer from the prospect file, click on Enter Sales, then click on Retrieve Prospect in the lower left hand corner of the sales processing screen.
