Missing Payment

If a payment appears to be missing for a customer, you can view all payments that have been entered successfully for that customer.  

Select the customer through Customer Activity, then
click on F - Show Complete Transaction History

 

If you believe a payment should be there and it is not appearing, you may want to check the audit trail and make sure that payment was not deleted.  To do this, select the customer through Customer Activity, then click on M - Review Audit Trail.  If a payment has been deleted, a record of that action would show in the Audit Trail

 

Another place to look for a missing payment is in Frazer's reports: 

Select Reports, 3 - Customer Reporting, then
5 - Transaction Listings
Select Payments Received, and set the date range to include the day you believe you took that payment.  You may want to allow a few days on either side of the date, just in case.  If the payment does not appear in the payment transaction history, and there is no record of it in the audit trail, then the payment was probably never entered correctly and needs to be entered into the system.
