General Information

Report Printing Options - If you use the system to track vehicle locations, customer ratings, and  customer groupings, there are settings to prompt for this information when a report is printed.  These allow you to print your reports for only a select group of information.

Default Printer Selection - You can select one printer for printing most of your forms and another printer for reports.  Reports, receipts, and "white paper" forms can be printed on any printer, or any IBM compatible dot matrix printer, preferably the Okidata 320.  However, dot matrix printers are required for printing multi-part & pre-printed forms.  Your pre-printed forms should print using any IBM compatible dot matrix printer, but we only provide support for the Okidata 320

On the printing options page, you can select which printer type and actual printer name that you want to use for printing Reports, Forms, "White Paper" forms, and Receipts.  There is a separate section for each of these on the Printing Options page.

You can select the printer by clicking on the small button to the left of the printer that you want to select.  If you have an Okidata 320 Turbo and that is where you would like to have your reports print, you need to select the Okidata 320 (IBM Emulation).
Once you have selected the type of printer, you need to click on the Select or Change Printer button. Click on the down arrow next to the printer name box and select that actual name of the printer that you would like to print to.  The printer name needs to end up displayed in the box above the Select or change printer BUTTON.

Helpful Hints

Note that under the Forms Printer Section there is not an option to select a laser printer.  Pre-printed and multi-page forms need to be printed on a dot matrix printer.
