You can select one printer for printing most of your forms and another printer for reports. Reports, receipts, and "white paper" forms can be printed on any printer. However, dot matrix printers are required for printing multi-part forms & pre-printed forms. Your forms should print using any IBM compatible dot matrix printer, but we only provide support for the Okidata 320.

All reports will first print to the screen, you can review the report on the screen, then either exit or send the report to the printer.
When you add your Okidata 320 printer to the windows list of available printers, be sure to select Okidata as the Manufacturer, and Okidata ML 320-IBM as the printer. It is important to be sure that you have the version that has the "-IBM" on the end of it.
How Do I Get There?

Select Miscellaneous at the top of the main screen.

Select Option 1 - System Options.

Select Tab 6 - Printing Options.
Step By Step
1.
Select Miscellaneous at the top of the screen.
2.
Select Option 1 - System Options and click on Tab 6 - Printing Options.
3.
Locate the section titled Reports Printer and select what kind of printer that you would like to use for printing reports from the FRAZER system. You can select the printer by clicking on the small button to the left the printer that you want to select.

If you have an Okidata 320 Turbo and that is where you would like to have your reports print to, you need to select the Okidata 320 (IBM Emulation).

Once you have selected the type of printer, you need to click on the Select or Change Printer button. Click on the down arrow next to the printer name box and select that actual name of the printer that you would like to print to.

Repeat steps 4 and 5 for all of these sections: Forms Printer, Receipts Printer, and Forms Printer for white paper forms. Note that under the Forms Printer Section there is not an option to select a laser printer. Pre-printed forms can only be printed to a dot matrix printer.
