It is also possible to back up your data from an office machine and then restore it on a computer at a home office to do additional work. Remember that the data that is restored from a backup disk will overwrite any data that is already in the system. It is important to make sure that the computer that you are restoring the data on is running the same version number as the computer where you took the backup. To check the version number just select About Frazer from the top of the main screen. The version number will be displayed. If the version numbers are different, install the correct update disk to the computer where you are trying to restore the data.
