Selling To a Previous Customer

If you are entering a 2nd (or 3rd...) sale for a customer you have already sold a vehicle to, you do not have to reenter all of their information into the system.  After clicking on Enter Sales, and then clicking on the Customer tab, you will find a button labeled Retrieve Previous Customer Information in the top right hand corner.  Click on this button and you will be allowed to select the customer from your files.  All of their General Information such as name, address, and phone numbers will be retrieved, as well as any credit application information, insurance information, and residence address that you have previously entered for that customer.
