General Information
The FRAZER system provides flexibility to add optional sales fees that need to be included for a specific lien older. If you include optional sales fees based on a lien holder then these will display even if you had set up other optional fees on the Sales Options Screen. For example, if you always required GAP insurance for all contracts, this information should be entered on the Sales Options screen and it will appear on all contracts. However, if you have a lien holder who also requires VSI insurance, both the GAP and VSI insurance needs to be added to the lien holder information.
How Do I Get There?
| • | Select Sales at the top of the main screen. |
| • | Select Option 5 - Lien Holders. |
| • | Select the desired lien holder or add a new one. |
| • | Select the Advanced Tab. |
