Setting Up System Options

General Information

There are many settings that you can change in the FRAZER system in order to have it better meet the needs of your lot and business. For example, you can enter certain defaults which will save time with data entry and ensure the accuracy of your data. A default is a value that you enter in the system that once it is entered, it will always appear on the screen. For example, if the sales tax for your location is 5%, you can enter 5% in the system options and it will always be used on the sales screen. It is also possible to display or "hide" certain information on the screens. These types of settings are grouped into the following topic areas:

Helpful Hints

The system options can be modified at any time when using the FRAZER system. The changes to the options will occur on any transactions in the system after the change was made. The change will not be applied to any changes that were made prior to the option change.

How Do I Get There?

•	Select Miscellaneous at the top of the main screen.

•	Select Option 1 - System Options.
