If you or one of your lenders are more comfortable reviewing your data in Excel, Frazer has the option to export information to a spreadsheet for easy viewing and organization. You can pick and choose which information you would like to export, relating to customer information, sale figures, or vehicle features. Create your custom file, and do with it whatever you like.

Are you typing the same letter over and over again? Do you wish you could create and send personalized forms in large batches? And not have to hand-address each and every envelope? Check out Frazer’s Letters and Labels program! You can create your own letter template that will pull information from the customers you select to print for. You can also print out mailing labels and envelopes. Print in large or small batches, for any reason you like, and send your customer a letter made just for them!

We know that the customer’s bill of sale isn’t the only piece of paper that can make a difference to your business. After they walk out the door, you want to keep in contact with your customers. A letter thanking them for picking you can leave them with the kind of warm fuzzies that bring them back again and again. In the Frazer system, you have the ability to create your very own letter templates, that you can print for any customer (or group of customers) in your system. Of course there are some other letters that aren’t so fun, but customized late letters and 10 day/Notice of intent to sell letters are a key part of being able to run your business as easily as possible. If you already have Frazer, you can access this by clicking on “Customers” at the top of the screen and then selecting “2-Letters and Labels”. No one likes to move, but after the sweat and dirt and grime this weekend we find ourselves happily settled into our new building. You can check out a local paper’s story about our move here:

We had a few glitches with phone lines Monday morning (again- thanks everyone for your patience!), but by the afternoon things were back up and running as smoothly as ever. We’re thrilled to be in our own space, and with room to grow! Looking around, we can’t help but stop to think that none of this would be possible without our loyal dealers. We’ve hit the 6,000 active customers mark this year. We don’t often get the chance to thank you all, but know that your support has brought us this far, and as you continue to support us, we’ll be there to support you. Thank you!

There you can print letters, create letters or review instructions for help on creating letters. We have included some templates to get you started!

Switching to Frazer

Thinking about switching to Frazer and wondering how you can transfer your existing customer data? Use Frazer’s Pre-Existing Customer feature to enter your customer’s sale information and current balances without entering the sale from scratch.
