Time being my most valuable commodity, I wish I'd have had time earlier to send this off. Frazer has given me back a lot of time, a lot! The Frazer system has been a great experience for me. I'm still trying to poke holes in it, that's what I do, and whenever I find a small hole, someone in your tech support staff plugs it. I would put installing the Frazer system on par with my hiring another good salesman, and a bookkeeper. If you only use one part of the Frazer system it would be a beneficial, time saving, smooth experience. I would buy the Frazer system just for the inventory and upload part of the program alone, but the availability of the white paper forms, and the speed and willingness of the staff to provide new forms, and the Frazer off-site backup, are just more of the time saving and cost saving features. The contracts in transit feature makes the hand written, time consuming "Heat Sheet" a thing of the past, and posting recon and billing combined in the same step, is something the big guys in DMS obviously haven't even thought of. What a time saving and confusion eliminating feature. I haven't penciled it to the penny yet but the savings in leaving my former DMS system, the savings in eliminating my third party provider for uploads and Craigslist templates, replacing expensive forms with Frazer's white paper forms, and etc, and etc. certainly is a big cost savings to my dealership, and has given me back the time I need to sell cars, and if I don't sell cars, I have little need for any DMS. The tech support is incredible and beyond what one would expect. The staff is patient, courteous, and really goes out of their way to solve any of the problems I have had, and most of these problems have just been me trying to understand what is going to come out of the bottom of the funnel when I pour data in the big end. The reason I've taken time to write this is number one, because now I have time, and to compliment your support staff, any of them I've worked with. They have gone above what I would expect out of an employee. They have taken the time and exercised the patience to solve some of the littlest of my problems, and I have been told by others I can be a handful. Thanks again guys, and please keep up the good work. If you have any dealers thinking about upgrading to Frazer, by all means have them call me direct. I have been in this business nearly forty years and am familiar with many other systems and the Frazer system covers all the bases completely and cost effective.

This morning we had a computer failure on the desktop which ran our Frazer Dealer software. I called customer service, was fortunate to be connected with a technician who walked me through an online connection which allowed them to reinstall the software on a backup computer. After loading the software, they reinstalled my data. Total time? Less than 10 minutes. From disaster to back in business, I am impressed. Thanks!

I wanted to drop off a quick note of appreciation for the tremendous support your staff has given this dealership. They have done a tremendous job each and every time I have had a question or issue. I have dealt other software providers and have not found a company that provides the degree of professionalism and technical expertise as the people employed by your company. Your crew are the reason I have recommended your company to others (I am personally responsible for five dealerships now using your software) and, as far as I am concerned, do not understand why someone would choose a different system. You also need to understand that this is the first letter of this type I have written in the last five years. It's just that I think you need to be aware of how lucky you are to have the people that you do under your employ.
